Student Progress Center


The Student Progress Center allows parents to view their child’s attendance, conduct, discipline, grades, progress reports, and transcripts (high school).  Parents must first register with the school by filling in and returning the student and parent information worksheet, which was sent home with students in the first week of school.  If you have not filled in and returned this form, you should check with your school secretary and do so now.  That worksheet includes the parent’s names, addresses and phone numbers.  The mailing address for each parent who wishes to register with the Parent Command Center is required, including the zip code.

Notice
We will be using an automated phone call system which will call for daily absences, tardies, discipline, school notices, and emergencies such as school closure.

In the event of a school crisis or urgent problem, the ELC students will evacuate to the ELC gym or the JCEP gym (old Junior High). If the event warrants further evacuation, the students will move to the old ELC school site on Church Street for dismissal. Parents can call the St. Martin Parish School Board office for more information if such evacuation is necessary.
